David Nowak is President of Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he has overall responsibility for the group’s North American business.

Mr. Nowak joined Brookfield in 2011. He chairs the board of directors of One Toronto and Scientific Games.

Mr. Nowak holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University, where he graduated as a Fuqua Scholar, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Barbara Borozan

Senior Vice President, Head of RIA Channel

Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions

Barbara Borozan is a Senior Vice President with Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions, responsible for the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) channel distribution.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Ms. Borozan worked in the Client Strategies Team at Stone Ridge Asset Management where she focused on distributing their reinsurance, variance risk premia and direct lending offerings. Before Stone Ridge, Ms. Borozan spent six years at Goldman Sachs in their fixed income division; she worked on the Cross Asset Sales desk, selling structured credit products to hedge funds and other alternative asset managers.

Ms. Borozan sits on the board of the Flawless Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Relations from Cornell University.
